I will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition with original labels attached. You can exchange or return the purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving delivery in Lithuania or within 30 calendar days in the European Union and other countries. Money refunded within 14 business days of you receiving the item. 

Exchanging or returning packages must be:

k.N.itty k.N.itty has the right to not accept an item for exchange or return if it is used, damaged or unlabeled, has been manufactured or modified according to individual order, its return and exchange term has ended.

The delivery cost of exchanging or returning packages is paid by the buyer. Only the amount of money paid for the item is refunded. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
